Treating Chest Pain and Injuries

At Hull Sports Massage we are specialists in all types of chest pains and injuries and aim to guide you through a bespoke treatment plan to help you relieve your pains and get back to normality.

What causes chest pains?

Since this is where the heart and lungs reside, it is potentially the most dangerous area for self-diagnosis. While recent activity might seem to be the reason for a sudden pain… Other issues may be the cause.

If there is stabbing pain when breathing in, check with a doctor as this could be a result of lung infection, injured ribs or the spine.

Please note: if you have a high temperature, stop all training. No sporting injury apart from dehydration makes your temperature rise. Resume training only when feeling completely well again.
